Luis Buñuel--An Unpublished Episode

lecture

The lecture will stem from a text read by the author and will be followed by a Q&A session with the public regarding the book Midday with Buñuel. Claudio Isaac (born in Mexico City in 1957) is a self-taught painter, filmmaker, and writer. He has exhibited his artwork since 1966 and, since 1976, has developed a career as a director of documentaries and two feature films. He is the author of Alma húmeda (novel), Otro enero (poetry) and Midday with Buñuel, an intimate memoir on the celebrated Spanish director. This event is part of our Fall 2008 series centering on Mexican culture. Organized by the Instituto Cervantes in collaboration with the Consulate General of México and the UNAM
