Performance

On the occasion of “El Día E” (the feast day celebrating the Spanish language and all who speak and study it) we invite –and challenge- all students of Spanish at all Cervantes Institutes to participate in the first Super-Short Story Contest on Twitter! Yes - a complete short story, in Spanish,  in 140 characters or fewer!  The contest is open to all students enrolled at any Instituto Cervantes center in the world during the 2011/2012 academic year. Each student may submit only one (1) story and it must not exceed 140 characters.  Selected stories will be published on the “Día E” website on June 8th, 2012  www.eldiae.es  and will be tweeted from the “Día E” Twitter account #mrdiae.  In addition, the winning authors will receive a certificate for one free Spanish course at their local Instituto Cervantes.
